The honorary patron of the conference was Ms. Magdalena Gaj, President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE).
The opening speeches were delivered by Mr. Karol Krzywicki, Vice President of UKE, and Mr. Piotr Łukomski, Consultant at UKE.
