- The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with respect to data provided voluntarily on the Website.
- The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
- Newsletter distribution
- Handling inquiries via the contact form
- Provision of ordered services
- Debt collection
- The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
- Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
- By storing cookies (so-called “cookies”) on end-user devices.
2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
- Login areas and places where personal data are entered are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can be read only on the target server.
- User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way—its operation cannot be reversed, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.
- The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
- To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups.
- An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

- the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the transition to the Website occurred via a link,

- information related to e-mail handled to and from the Operator.
4. Your rights and additional information about how data is used
- In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
- hosting company on the basis of data processing entrustment
- law firms and debt collectors
- payment operators
- authorized employees and associates who use the data to operate the Website
- companies providing marketing services to the Controller
- Your personal data are processed by the Controller no longer than is necessary to perform the activities related to them as defined by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). With respect to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
- You have the right to request from the Controller:

- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- and data portability.
- You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.2 regarding the processing of personal data for the purposes of the Controller’s legitimate interests, including profiling, whereby the right to object may not be exercised where there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to operate the Website.
- Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be applied to you in order to provide services under the contract and for the Controller’s direct marketing.
- Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means we do not send them outside the European Union.
5. Information in forms
- The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
- The Website may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
- In some cases, the Website may store information facilitating the linking of data in a form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
- Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to handle a service request or a sales inquiry, to register services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicate what it is used for.

7. Important marketing techniques
- The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the provider of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. - Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s end device and are intended for using the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
