The honorary patron of the conference was Ms. Magdalena Gaj, President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE).

The opening speeches were delivered by Mr. Karol Krzywicki, Vice President of the Office of Electronic Communications, and Mr. Jan Jakubczyk from the Postal Department at the Ministry of Administration and Digitization.

The conference was attended by 136 participants (including 40 Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Board Members) representing 52 companies from Poland, Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
