We would like to invite you to participate in the biggest event dedicated to the digitization of postal services, hybrid mail, mobility, e-commerce sector services, the automation of postal processes and other innovations on the postal and courier services market.
GOVERNMENT STRATEGY IN RESPONSE TO THE CHALLENGES OF DIGITIZATION
The Conference will be opened by a speech delivered by the Director of the Department of Postal Services at the Ministry of Administration and Digitization, who will present the government strategy as regards the digitization of postal services and the development of public e-services.
DIGITIZATION OF POSTAL SERVICES
The largest postal operators in Poland will present their product strategies and new services that meet the challenges of digitization: hybrid mail, postal e-services, e-stamps, innovations in the field of electronic posting of mass mailing and other challenges.
MOBILITY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN POSTAL SERVICES
One of the main topics discussed during the Conference will be mobility in the operations of postal and courier operators.Invited foreign experts will discuss case studies of deployments of solutions involving the so-called mobile postman in several European post offices.The participants will be presented with the benefits of equipping postmen with mobile devices and a catalogue of new services and products offered by mobile posts in Europe and around the world.
AUTOMATION, DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-SERVICE ZONES, PARCEL LOCKERS
Another topic discussed during the Conference will be the automation and development of self-service zones.The participants will be presented with technological and business models of operation of automated postal and finance points and self-service zones in post offices.
One of the responses to the last mile challenges is the development of the parcel locker system.Case studies of two largest Polish and European parcel locker networks will be analysed.
HYBRID MAIL AND INNOVATIONS IN THE FIELD OF MASS MAILING
Combination of electronic and traditional communications, i.e. hybrid mail, will be the topic of next speeches.The operators will present their hybrid mail models and implemented projects aimed at optimization of preparation, printing and delivery of mass mailing.
MONITORING OF THE DELIVERY PROCESS AND ELECTRONIC CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT
Another innovation on the postal market is monitoring of the delivery process and the development of systems of electronic confirmation of parcel delivery/receipt.We will discuss the first, on the Polish market, deployment of registration and monitoring of unregistered letters and electronic confirmation of receipt.
E-COMMERCE AND E-CONSUMER AND TRADITIONAL POSTAL SERVICES
During the last part of the Conference experts from consulting companies will present strategies and models for the development of postal operators in the age of digitization, as well as optimal models of cooperation between companies from the e-commerce sector and postal and courier operators.
The participants will also learn about a new trend, i.e. increasing expectations of e-consumers as regards the speed and quality of deliveries of products and the response to those expectations of global e-commerce market leaders (dispatch platforms, the SameDay Delivery service, innovative logistics).
Conference will be translated simultaneously into English and Polish.
